Michael, nearly 98% of the video consists of the joint chairs and panel members engaging in various sycophantic acts of mutual verbal intercourse with representatives of anti-gun law enforcement. gun-ban advocates, and other anti-gun surrogates. Their state of arousal is pretty evident. Were such displays of affection were deemed offensive, the video would be illegal to distribute...The other 2% of the video consists of the same people quickly dispensing with the 4-5 who oppose additional gun control, because it is a forgone conclusion that guns kill people and are therefore 'unsafe'. The 'opposition' appear at 2:46.00.

Craig, I clicked on your link and saw it was three and one half hours. So I decided to advance to random spots, and found some interesting material. One had to do with so called trafficking  on Interstate 80 after Reno gun shows.

I don’t have three and a half hours to watch these days, but a lot can be learned from these dog and pony shows. If you by chance happened to view some of this, and know where some good material may be found it would be appreciated.

If not, I’ll try to find some more time to scan it.

Well, Michael- it could be like our dog and pony show in Sacramento, where public comment is limited to three minutes and only if there is sufficient time in the session... oops our time is up, thanks for coming everyone... If you would like to see how that went today, you can find the video here.

Thanks Craig,

I enjoyed listening to this man at this hearing. However, as someone who has participated in similar hearing previous, I can state to have found them to be nothing more than Dog and Pony shows, allowing citizens to participate as if what they say has ANY meaning. I have found that in cases on this issue, it does NOT. I further find that the government already has a predetermined plan of action. Citizen participation only provides the needed information to fine tune the governmentals legislation for their purpose.
