Shasta County Dist. 5 Supervisor, is none too happy about the exposure given to Sheriff Tom Bosenko's dissimilitude concerning the proposed Breslaur Ln. area non-custodial custody facility.  I recently became aware of instance of someone receiving e-mail from Les Baugh, telling him to, essentially, shut up.  Why does Baugh do such thing as this?  Is there something of which he is ashamed?  Is that why he sends e-mail telling truth-teller to, essentially, shut up? 

What about the First Amendment right to petition gov't for redress of grievances?

What about the First Amendment right to communicate with gov't officials concerning matters within their jurisdiction? 

Does that somehow disappear whenever those officials are not "comfortable" with the content of any one or more of said communications? 

Or is it that Les Baugh simply cannot handle the truth?
