Judge endorses censorship of Old Glory

The Influence of Programming in Media - Entertainment to Tell Us What to Think

I have long believed that there exists a purpose beyond entertainment in television programming and movie production. While I dont give much creedence to subliminal messages or other cyphered influences like product placement that lace what we see and hear, I dont think that those who create these things really need to be that subtle.
