The Mayor and one councilwoman continue to protect the salaries and benefits of ten managers in city hall, while our streets, infrastructure and budget are going down for the third time. I want to thank all of the Corning Patriots who have been attending council meetings of late, supporting the Concerned Citizens coalition. With the help of Concerned Citizens and Patriots perhaps we can get Corning on to the road of recovery.
